• 3 Letters of Reference
• One letter must be from an immediate supervisor.  Please use the Graduate School’s standardized Recommendation Form.  You can access  this form at: http://ordway.umt.edu/AA/GRAD/index.cfm/name/forms
• If you have taken courses from professors in the School of Education, you can request that they complete an internal form, Student Evaluation.  This evaluation can be used in place of a letter of recommendation.  To request an internal evaluation form, contact Sarah Weatherby (406) 243-5586 or Maria.Yost@mso.umt.edu
• Official Transcripts for your Bachelor’s Degree and any subsequent coursework
• Official Scores from the Graduate Records Exam (GRE) General Test or any nationally normed college entrance exam (e.g., Miller's Analogy, LSAT)
