Educational Leadership Licensure/Endorsement Program Admission Requirements

   1. Completed Application Form for Educational Leadership’s  Licensure/Endorsement Program
   2. 3 Letters of Reference:

      One letter must be from an immediate supervisor.  Please use the Graduate School’s standardized Recommendation Form.  You can access  this form at:  http://ordway.umt.edu/AA/GRAD/index.cfm/name/forms
      
      If you have taken courses from professors in the School of Education, you can request that they complete an internal form, Student Evaluation.  This evaluation can be used in place of a letter of recommendation.  To request an internal evaluation form, contact Maria Yost (406) 243-5586 or maria.yost@mso.umt.ed

   3. Official Transcripts* for your Master’s Degree and any subsequent graduate coursework
   4. All applicants accepted into The University of Montana's Department of Educational Leadership Doctoral or Administrative Licensure/Endorsement Program must have received their qualifying graduate coursework from programs of higher education that are accredited through NCATE, TEAC, or institutions that possess the Carnegie Classification Level of RU/VH: Research Universities (very high research activity).
