- One letter must be from an immediate supervisor. Please use the Graduate School’s standardized Recommendation Form. You can access this form at: http://ordway.umt.edu/AA/GRAD/index.cfm/name/forms
- If you have taken courses from professors in the School of Education, you can request that they complete an internal form, Student Evaluation. - Official Transcripts for your Master’s Degree and any subsequent graduate coursework
- All applicants accepted into The University of Montana's Department of Educational Leadership Doctoral or Administrative Licensure/Endorsement Program must have received their qualifying graduate coursework from programs of higher education that are accredited through NCATE, TEAC, or institutions that possess the Carnegie Classification Level of RU/VH: Research Universities (very high research activity).
