Block I for Elementary and Secondary Candidates

Candidates in the elementary license program are required to take courses in "Block II" together. These courses are:
- C&I 300 Field Experiences
- C&I 316 Children's Literature and Critical Reading
- C&I 318 Teaching Language Arts K-8
Block II aligns classes in literature and language arts with the physical and mental development of children in these critical skills. Students will be assigned to work with classes in pre-K settings as well as K-8 classrooms.
