The Athletic Training Education Program (ATEP) Self-Study Committee 

The ATEP Program Director assembles a Self-Study Committee by identifying and securing the cooperation of individuals who represent the interests of the program and possess knowledge and expertise to assist in the self-study process. The committee is made up of representatives from the School of Education , The Health and Human Performance Department, the Department Intercollegiate Athletics, and Athletic Training Students. The objectives of the committee are to:

  • Collect data, conclusions and reports from previous and ongoing self-study activities performed by the program.
  • Establish a timetable for completion of interim stages of the self-study and the Self-Study Report.
  • Complete specific tasks for the development of the "Self-Study Report."
  • Assist with the Self-Analysis Summary for each section.
  • Assist with Program Evaluation Data
  • Assist with editing the Narrative section of the "Self-Study Report."
  • Compile recommendations and identify concerns of the ATEP based on the latest JRC-AT Standards and Guidelines.
